The 77.4-metre Schichau Unterweser AG yacht Sea Ranger sold in a deal with Tomaso Polli of Y.CO representing the seller. Launched in 1973 as an ocean tug, Sea Ranger was purchased in 1994 by a new owner who approached Claus Kusch of Kusch Yachts to convert her into a private yacht. She features original naval architecture by her German builder, Schichau Unterweser AG, with exterior design by Jack Setton Design and interior design by Heinz Vollers. Over the years, Sea Ranger has benefitted from several refits which have seen her engine room, bridge, deck and interior accommodation areas modified for world cruising. The conversion yacht can sleep up to 10 guests across a five stateroom configuration. Previously known as Lone Ranger, her interior features a large master suite with a private owner’s library/study, while her large exterior decks include amenities such as a swimming pool and helicopter pad. In terms of performance, Sea Ranger is equipped with twin Deutz engines and Quantum Marine stabilisers, which provide her with a top speed of 18.2 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots.  This is the second time that Y.CO has been involved in the sale of Sea Ranger...

Trump orders global recall of Biden-era diplomats in major foreign policy reset

https://dailytelegraph.co.nz/news/trump-orders-global-eecall-of-biden-era-diplomats-in-major-foreign-policy-reset/

The Trump administration has begun recalling more than two dozen career diplomats from ambassadorial and senior embassy roles around the world, as part of a broad shake-up aimed at realigning US foreign policy with President Donald Trump’s “America First” agenda. According to reports citing State Department sources, ambassadors in at least 29 countries were notified last week that their postings would end in January, with Africa most heavily affected, followed by Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Western Hemisphere...

Flynn accuses CIA and NATO warmongers of working against Trump

https://dailytelegraph.co.nz/world/flynn-accuses-cia-and-nato-warmongers-of-working-against-trump/

Former US national security adviser Michael Flynn has accused elements of the US intelligence community of colluding with European intelligence agencies to undermine President Donald Trump’s efforts to broker peace in Ukraine and instead push the United States toward a wider conflict with Russia. In a post on X, Flynn claimed the CIA was “in cahoots with MI6 and others in the EU intelligence community,” arguing that European NATO members were driving a pro-war agenda. “The EU aka NATO (minus the United States) desperately wants war with Russia,” Flynn wrote, adding that “warmongers in our own administration as well as the Congress want perpetual f’ing war.” He urged Trump to reject what he described as misleading narratives coming from Europe and parts of the US intelligence community, saying the president needed to “put your foot down on the situation in Eastern Europe and the total bs you’re being fed by Europe and parts of the USIC.”

U.S. intercepts second oil tanker near Venezuela

https://dailytelegraph.co.nz/news/u-s-intercepts-second-oil-tanker-near-venezuela-video/

The United States has seized another oil tanker near Venezuela, stepping up pressure on Caracas just days after President Donald Trump announced a sweeping blockade of oil shipments deemed to violate US sanctions. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem confirmed the operation on Saturday, saying the US Coast Guard, supported by the Department of Defense, intercepted a tanker that had recently docked in Venezuelan ports. Noem shared video of the pre-dawn raid online, claiming the action was aimed at stopping what Washington describes as the illicit movement of sanctioned oil allegedly used to fund criminal and narco-terrorist activity. The interception took place in international waters and marks the second such seizure in recent weeks. Unlike a tanker detained earlier this month, the vessel involved was not itself under US sanctions and was reportedly carrying Venezuelan crude bound for Asian markets. Following the first interdiction, several ships have reportedly remained in Venezuelan waters rather than risk seizure, contributing to a sharp decline in the country’s oil exports...

Without protein, your body will disintegrate!

Older people need more protein – not less!

https://auf1.tv/gesund-auf1/ohne-protein-zerfaellt-ihr-koerper

Most people don't know this: Protein requirements increase dramatically with age. Up to 2 grams per kilogram of body weight – that's twice as much as for younger people. But many older people eat less because protein is filling. This is fatal: The body doesn't get enough of the essential building blocks to maintain muscles, connective tissue, and organs. The result: The body consumes itself – muscles disappear, connective tissue deteriorates, and in the end, only skin and bones remain. Proteins – in the form of their smallest building blocks, the amino acids – are indispensable for every cell in the body: brain, nerves, intestines, immune system, muscles, and organs. Diabetes? The body needs protein for regeneration. Heart problems? Heart muscle is muscle – without protein, it can't be maintained. Pain and inflammation? Without amino acids, there's no repair. Cancer and exhaustion? The body needs more protein than ever. Without this foundation, the inevitable happens: inflammation leads to pain. Pain leads to illness. Illnesses lead to chronic conditions...

Gabbard accuses NATO and Reuters of stoking Ukraine war with lies

https://dailytelegraph.co.nz/news/gabbard-accuses-nato-and-reuters-of-stoking-ukraine-war-with-lies/

U.S. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has accused European NATO allies of trying to drag Washington into a direct conflict with Russia, claiming false media coverage by Reuters is helping fuel war hysteria that undermines President Donald Trump’s efforts to broker peace in Ukraine. Responding to a Reuters report citing “unnamed intelligence-linked sources” who alleged President Vladimir Putin aims to seize all of Ukraine and reclaim parts of Europe, Gabbard said the claims were false and designed to prolong the conflict. She argued that US intelligence assessments indicate Russia is seeking to avoid a broader war with NATO and lacks the capability to fight one even if it wanted to...
